I have a SharePoint site with a document library which holds different vendor documents.

Now in each of the vendor sites I need to give them a URL clicking which they will be able to access their own set of documents only. 

Is their a way to bind tokens or credentials to the url which will bypass the login?

I suggest you anonymous access function instead of custom solution. Users can access SharePoint contents without login.
