Some point in time clients are not able to connect HUB and HUB is not responding which may be connectivity issue or keep alive concept which is failing. We are not using any Java Script, Json and WCF. Every time when this happen we need to reset the IIS which is not accepted by our client. Please help us on this to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

On IIS Reset, if things are working fine then it means that lot of requests are queued up or say connections are closed properly. Please try memory profiling or enable server traces to check open connections.
