We are using 'Tags & Notes' feature to tag documents in our document library. We have also created a search page using OOTB Search webparts to search through the document library. The search page also has refiners for various fields.

We are looking to add a Tags refiners where all the tags added through 'Tags & Notes' featrue will appear and clicking on one of them will filter the documents for that tag only.

We added 'Tag Cloud' webpart and set it up to show tags by all users. But when user clicks on any tag it takes them to the tag profile page. I can see my documents only when I click on 'Popular within last 60 days' and not under 'All' section.

How can I filter the documents on my search page with Tag Cloud webpart?

The tagging that was performed will get picked up by the next search crawl of the content and then show up in "All" on the tag profile page for that tag. But, 'Popular within last 60 days' does not need search crawl.
