There is a column for Commercial register number, If the user submit the form in sharepoint, then this commercial register number should appear as hyperlink, When they click on any CR number it should open it's Commercial register. How can I do this?

By clicking on the "hyperLink" you want to show the display form of the item ?

The column "Title (link to document)" in the view setting is doing it. You can change the "Title" column name by "Commercial register number"
