I have a Windows Vista Home Premium, just bought it in August 2009, my main concern is everytime surf the web, there is a sound coming out from my speakers, it is like 5 radio stations broadcasting on my computer at the same time. It goes on and off at least every 3 minutes. Please, if there is anybody out there who can help me out here, it would be very much appreciated.
