I often get below error when I do search in my share point site. I checked the SharePoint application server where search is configured and related service, everything is up and running. It seems the end point SearchService.svc is not responding. But i checked the url http://extmscsp03:32843/a0e22740cb394c4082366f06c9e68cdc/SearchService.svc directly  from the server and the service is available.  Appreciate anyone's help.

对于您的问题，请确保以下几点:

应用程序池和IIS站点正常运行.

与Search Service应用程序相关的服务正在运行.

确保您的网络应用与搜索服务相关联，请从中央管理员处进行检查>管理网络应用程序>选择该Web应用程序，然后从功能区单击服务连接中，确保在此处选择了搜索服务应用程序.

进行iisreset并比较结果.

Hi Nash8389,

For your issue, couple of thing to make sure:

Application Pools and IIS sites running properly.

Search Service application related services are running.

Make sure your web app associated the search service, check from central admin > manage web application > select the web app and from ribbon click service connection, make sure search service application is selected here.

Do iisreset and compare the results. 

If the issue still exists,  try to recreate a new search service application and then removed the one that was being troublesome.
