I am a site owner on sharepoint.  When I try to save my survey as a template I received an access denied. 

我该如何解决?

  I also do not see "list template gallery" under gallery in the site settings.

Hi Brian,

您应该至少具有设计角色"权限/完全控制"权限.

You should have at least Design role permission / Full control.
