I have my app deployed over azure.

Currently I have three running instances.

Recently I have an issue that the application is down or slow for certain users when I explore the azure portal I found that one instance is getting high memory and cpu. As I use sticky session technique the impacted users routed to this instance. I failed to route their traffic to other instance by killing this instance.

Also I investigated the application insights and didn’t find anything that lead me to the root cause.
