Whenever I place shortcut on my W7 computer, the desktop icon turns into a blue/green ball and they all look the same; how do I get the different icons
(the Amazon A or the Google G, etc.) to show up on my desktop? Occasionally when I create a shortcut, the icon will be the company logo but the next time I turn the computer on, the company icon will be replaced with the same old blue/green ball.
