Has anyone been able to encode on track one only while leaving track two and three intact. We alredy have data encoded on track 3 and we do not want the encoder wiping out the data on card three. If not, does anyone know of a simple program that will allow us to encode track one only and leaving the rest of the tracks alone?

Your question have nothing to do with VB. You should contact Datacard for your question unless you try to hack encoded ID.  If your mission is not illegal, contact the software vendor at  Datacard
