I have created a custom document upload form in InfoPath 2010.  I have folders in my document library with different content types.  How would I   1. Call this custom document upload form instead of the default document upload form?  2. Hide the other equipment fields based on the content type that I am currently in (i.e. I always want general to show, but if I am in the elevators folder I don't want to see boilers, chillers, etc.).  Any help is very much appreciated.  I am not familiar with jquery just vba.
