I received an HP Pavilion with Windows 7 Premium edition for Xmas and am so exasperated because I keep getting error messages -- on trying to install iTunes.  I receive an error "could not open key: Unknown\components\DA42BC89BF25F58D0AF18C38981A1EE8\FD563AF386D2DE54F838C8A8336E1534. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel." After making repeated calls to Apple support, they finally informed me that "this is a windows problem." Therefore, here I am. I certainly didn't bargain for this -- I want my old system with XP back. I'm also having a problem installing my HP webcam. I attempted to use a utility program called "windows installer cleanup utility;" however, we found that this program is intended for XP. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated
