通过示例，我创建一个静态菜单.我想删除静态菜单，但找不到SharePoint中的位置.
我可以编辑菜单，但不能编辑此静态菜单.

By example i create a static menu. I want to remove the static menu but i can't find where in SharePoint.
I can edit the menu but not this static menu.

You can using the CSS code to hide the static menu, add the css in the master page. 

Or you can open the master page with SharePoint Designer and check whether you can find the code of static menu in the master page, if you can find it, remove it.
