I am creating an application in VB.NEt that uses ExchangeWebServices.  I can read my own calendar items using code but the projecti is to read other people's personal calendars and then move certain items up to a public calendar.  The supervisors want to see vacation requests in the public calendars. 

Someone created a user with full Exchange Admin rights.  I can log on to EWS with that user but I can't read anyone's personal calendar.  How do I do that or is that even possible?

I have googled and done research but can't see how to do that.
