For a few months have been using the Sharepoint connector to get the file content of CSV files - which return as a text CSV string. However yesterday 12/12/2018 the files started returning the data as 

"$ content-type" : 应用程序/八位位组流"

"$content-type": "application/octet-stream"

and then a binary stream ...

The file is named .CSV and I have Infer Content Type = True (tried with false).
