we are using the azure web apps together with the push notification hubs as a backend/api for our mobile app. On the app side we use your library to register with the device with the notification hub, so that library is using the xxx.azurewebsites.net/push/installations/installationid endpoint with PUT to register the device. We have had this working for several months, now all of a suddedn it stopped working on all of our existing web apps and we even tried creating a new one and the endpoints are not there. One of the webapps impacted is: https://flerishqa.azurewebsites.net.
