Hi, is possible to expand the functionality of "search box" to all the data that I see in a data grid?. For example, if I see data in a grid that comes from a relationship table, in anyway I can't search for it. This behavior is not clear to the users.

As far as I know, the only searchable fields in the default "search" are the fields that are searchable in the SQL Table (of course, you have to specify the query as searchable as well).  As I understand it, relationship table data is bound to the ID of another table, so you wouldn't be able to match that on a search string (from a user's perspective).

The only way I know of to search an entire grid with a string is to create the customized search parameter query and make it optional.  You can specify each column (field) that you want to search in the query designer.
