I'm looking for Microsoft .net libraries to find parameters that minimize a multivariate cost function. e.g. F(x,y) = a(x-x0)sin(m*y+b)+z0. It's so easy in excel solver. I'm having difficulty finding something in .net libraries. It can't be in the cloud as my system will not be connected to the outside world.
