SharePoint 2016 farm consists of two web front end servers and it is accessed via KEMP Load Balancer. The latency values range from 1 second to 11 seconds and are not consistent. However the latency when directly accessing the SharePoint nodes are consistent on or around 1 second. For a new user, it takes times to access the Sharepoint site using kemp url.
