We are trying to start functions using the event trigger posted by another function.  The events are published correctly and we have created an Event Subscription to receive all the events published to that topic. However, most events fail to be delivered and the function is not being triggered.

If I'm not mistaken, the "Matched Events" is the number of events that should be delivered because they match this subscription (the number is the same as the number of events being published in this topic, which is correct). However, only a fraction are being delivered correctly and even with all the retries not all of them are being delivered. Some of them are even being dropped.
