Hello, I'm trying to create a new test plan, but the option for Adding a new test plan is not showing up under tests.

My account is not verified so I can't paste any images or links, but I'm following the documentation from msdn.

In the documentation it clearly states that I need to click on Test plans and then select "New Test Plan". The problem is that I don't have the option called "New test plan". I'm not sure why it's missing, so it woud be great if some one could let me know what I need to do to be able to create a New test plan.

Can you share the link to the documentation that you are following? We just want to make sure if you are following the right documentation.

Here are the steps that I followed and I was able to see the New Test Plan option.

1.登录到 DevOps门户网站

2.选择您的项目

3.在左侧窗格中，选择测试计划"

3. On the left pane select Test Plans

4.单击测试计划后，您将可以看到以下屏幕，并且应该可以看到 +新测试计划

4. Once you click on Test Plans, you will be able to see the below screen and you should be able to see + New Test Plan
