I tried a simple scenario with utilizing a Google Drive connection. I see the same problem. This doesn't seem supported though it lets us move the resources.
You could file a feature request to support this on UserVoice.

That being said, the workaround is pretty straightforward. After moving the resources (Logic App + API Connections) to a new resource group, you just update the Logic App JSON in code view with the correct resource group name and/or subscription ID.
