Hi, I am running MS Windows Vista on a Dell Inspirion Laptop. I currently have only 1 User account as Admistrator. I tried to create a new User Account (via Control Panel) but when I click on the link to do that, no screen comes up. Basically, it won't let me create a second acount profile. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Joe
