I am a newbie here , I have downloaded  visual studio 2015 for windows 10. I couldn't see console application in this .How can I use console application in this express version.

You are not going to find console program development in the Web version  of VS express. You have to download the desktop version of VS express to develop desktop solutions, which console application development is part of the VS express. The professional versions of VS combines  Web and desktop in one VS development environment.
