我的环境是SharePoint Online

My ENvironment is SharePoint Online

I have Text type column Called Email address where the user will input email address of external users as person or group can not be used for external email address. I need to create workflow to send email using that field. I tried , however it is not sending .

Is there anyway to send email to external user ?
