When attempting to install the software/drivers for my new printer (via cd disc) I get the following message....."Please set registry key    HKLM\Software\Microsoft\.NETFramework\Installroot to point to the .Net Framework install location"   I've contacted the manufacturers help desk, they had me do a sfc/ scannow....it showed there were problems that couldn't be fixed...set up will still give me the same error message.  How can I intall the software for my printer?  They were unable to help, and told me to call Microsoft.
