I have gridview in my webpage. I have Edit button in Gridview. It doesn''t response when I click Edit in run time. Can someone help me, what are the possible reasons which does not allow to edit gridview data.

Who knows where the problem lies. You haven''t shown us any relevant code. I can guess at a couple of things off the top that you can check.
1) Ensure that you have added a click handler to your edit button and that the command is being received by your code.
2) Ensure that you are setting the index of the row being edited in the code.
