在3rd-Action&任务表(用于批准者)

ii- 批准人 >
1)查看请求
2)操作表单/任务表单

iii)操作/任务表-对于批准人

In 1st (Requester made a request.
In 2nd History form(comments and outcome at all stages)-He can trace his request under history form (status details like approver's comments and other details & where it is pending etc which approver approved it and all.
In 3rd-Action& task form(For approver )


In other words->
i-Requestor :
1) Request something(exaple apply for leave)
2History form-> where he can trace his request(i- Outcome , ii-Comments ( at all the stages).
ii-Approver
1) View Request
2)Action form /Task Form

iii)Action/Task Forms- For approver
