I am creating new users in AD via powershell (give them a temporary password, create username, etc.), and they get synced to Azure AD, however, when I have the "Reset password on next logon" flag checked in local AD, it doesn't force them to change their password in AzureAD.  We have users that need to set their password questions, and details from home not within the building, but forcing the password reset doesn't work when they login to email the first time from the web. How do I force them to reset on first logon in the cloud and still have the password sync back to local AD? I do have password writeback turned on as well.
