We have a group of people that developed a web site that also has related individual projects that are deployed as services.
When you open one of these class library projects in their environment you get publish in the popup menu of the project in VSTS but in my environment of VS2008(non-team) I don't get the publish option for these projects, just for the other, actual web service projects.  Are you not able to "publish" a class library project in VS2008 but are able to in VSTS or do I just have something else setup improperly?
