Hello. The topic says for itself. I have a control and I want to block all its tooltips when popup of a combobox is open. Looks like I need somewhat a modal popup. Thanks in advance.

Are you saying that the "parent" will be a ComboBox?  If so you will want to create a style for a ComboBox.  In the style you will want to create the default tooltip in a setter and in the Triggers section of the style you will want to clear the tooltip when the dropdown is open.
