I have Visual F# 3.1 extension in Visual Studio 2013.  There is the note that Programs and Features pane is required to uninstall.  I have looked at Add/Remove Programs, but do not see anything with F# or similar.  How can I uninstall this from Visual Studio 2013?  Thank you.

You can't.  You just ignore that it's there the same as you might the VB that gets installed as well without being given the option.  Disk space is cheap these days.
