i am using xdt transform and updating my web.config using the following procedure i am pasting the link below.

but when i am going to build the application i am getting error that is could not write destination file .the process cant access the destination .web.config is used by another process

is there any suggestions to help me please don't ask to restart the machine i have already tried restating the machine ,Visual Studio , closed all the window browsers before building the application
