I tried to deploy WSP on Web app it shows its not deployed. Please check below screenshot for more reference

Also when i tried different WSP on same Web App its show following error.

Navigate to the FEATURES folder on one of the SharePoint Application servers:

• C:\ Program Files \ Common Files \ microsoft共享\ Web服务器扩展\ 15 \ TEMPLATE \ FEATURES \

Look for the folder of the feature you are trying to enable.  Open this file in NotePad

• Features.XML

Verify that the name of the feature as shown in this file is the same as the name being used in the Enable-SPFeature commandlet.

Also, I suggest executing each commandlet yourself rather than relying on this script, while you do your troubleshooting.  This makes it easier to spot problems.
