I am currently subscribed to Window online care protection, and I have had a prompt from IDS software that I need to use  antispyware tools to prevent further data loss. It states I am infected with a virus with a bold sign that covers my screen. I went to online care and have a complete scan it says I am virus free. When I click on the balloon to update the spyware, they want me to purchase more protection. Can you please help?
