The problem statement is to add Skype or Skype for Business 2015 functionality in existing WPF application.

So I searched for the Skype developer API and found that Skype Web SDK (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/skype/websdk/skypewebsdk) is suitable to meet my current requirements i.e. text chat, audio, video (and future requirements can be file sharing and desktop sharing). But the only requirement is to add the Skype plugin into  browser in case if we are using Skype Web SDK in web application.
