When adding an item to a SharePoint list, the drop down menu now only offers half-hour increments. But when we switch to "Classic SharePoint" it shows  the 15 minute increments we want. Not sure why this changed. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting it back? Or a work around?

I can reproduce your issue in SharePoint online and i can reproduce your scenario: date and time shows time as drop down but 30 minute interval.

But for now, there is no option to modify in SharePoint Online to change the interval in date/time column as MS has disabled customizations on the modern lists/libraries.
