It appears I have my installation of LS in an "extension instability" mode.  I believe about a year ago I installed the LightswitchFilter simple to check it out and never really used it.  Last week I got back into filtering again.  It looked like a newer release of the extension was availible so I installed it.  Unfortunately it appears I now have two filter extensions installed with the old one being "stuck" of sorts.  When I open a project,  I get the warning "The solution contains extensions which could not be found in your project".  Per the following image...  I have LightSwitch Filter Control  *AND* LightSwitchFilter.  If I try to add Lightswitch Filter Control to this project, I get the error shown.  If I try to uncheck LightSwitchFilter,  LS hangs and I have to task manager kill it.
