For some reason on one of my SharePoint sites I am missing the Quick Launch on the right side of the page.  Yes it is enabled.   I can enable the Tree view and it works just fine but Quick Launch won't display.   Can someone point me in the right direction?

It could be a couple things depending on your situation.

Have a look at the site Navigation Settings. It may also be the Master Page you are using (if it is custom). Try changing the Master page back to the Default.master and see if that helps.
