We have two libraries containing document sets. Since both lists are exceeding the 5000 item limit we want to archive all documents set's that are older then one year.

We have created a sub site using the Record Center template. We have also setup the required retention policies, content organizer rules, etc.

The whole setup is working as expected but in some cases (~ 5% of all items) the document set is not being removed after dropping it in the drop off library. However it looks like the document set is submitted successfully. It's also routed to the correct destination based on the content organizer rules.

The problem is that the document set is not being removed from the original location which, in the end causes duplicate records in the Record Center.
