RMS在打开/下载时未应用到文档 [英] RMS is not getting applied on document while opening/downloading

         我已经在SharePoint 2013开发服务器(Windows Server 2012)上配置了RMS.同样在中央管理中(在安全性->配置信息权限管理中)，我提到了RMS服务器的URL(本地安装).所以 当我在文档库中启用RMS时，必要的配置也已完成，它似乎已在文档库中启用.但是，当我从库中打开/下载文档时，RMS并没有应用到文档中.

          I have configured RMS on SharePoint 2013 development server(Windows server 2012). Also in Central admin(In Security ->Configure Information right management) I have mentioned url of RMS server(locally installed). So necessary configuration has done also when I have enabled RMS in document library seems it gets enabled on document libarary. But when I am opening/downloading document from library, RMS is not getting applied on document.

请检查用户是否有有效的电子邮件.对于RMS，必须设置电子邮件属性，因为所有用户都必须具有电子邮件属性才能保护和使用内容.设置用户的邮件 属性在Active Directory中.

Please check if the user has valid email. For RMS, the email attribute must be set because all users must have an email attribute to protect and consume content. Set the user's mail attribute in Active Directory.
