my subscription is still valid until June 2010 yet it tells me it expired.  when i want to renew anyway they say i get a free six months extension but nothing happens.  On the left bottom of live one care it says valid until june 2010 but on top in the main box it gives the status as red for being at risk due to expired subscription.

• Open OneCare and click "Check for Updates" to have OneCare check for updated credentials
