When I try to assign a build to a test plan, I consistently get the following error:

The build cannot be assigned to the test plan

I can manually open the build in the Build Explorer, and open the drop location just fine, nothing wrong with it.

The builds are retained as per the build retention policy in the last tab of the build definition. The build drop foldermight exist but the specific build might have been deleted. Can you queue a new build and assign that build number to your test plan to confirm if things are setup correctly.
