   Im kind of new with the setup of sharepoint foundation, My problem is I need to deploy multiple sites with each site having different ports

   Can you advise some ways that i could achieve this , i also need to hide the ports on the URL response and request while accessing the sites (except from Website 1 which is already on port 80)

You can create the different websites by creating three separate Web applications, each with its own port number.  But after doing that you won't be able to hide the port numbers.  If you use any custom port number you will have to specify it in the actual URl when calling the website.
