I'm trying to run the test cases that are assigned to the latest build with the default configurations. Also i have mapped the test cases to the correct iteration and area path from the Test Manager tool and not able to run the test cases. getting the following error.

i have even check the test plan and configurations and confirmed everything is fine.

please sure that you check in your tests associated to test cases. I think that your tests associated to test cases but you don't check in test in tfs and then create build.
