We have a request for a  ‘Status:’ field to automatically change to ‘Completed’ if there hasn’t been any activity for two weeks?

Is this an option for InfoPath?  Would this be more of a workflow activity with a Pause activity?

Our task work is often completed but then the ‘Status’ of the task is not changed to ‘Completed’.  This allows the task to sit in our active queue for an unwanted amount of time.  Teams spend time combing through the tasks only to eventually find that the work has already been done.  This is a waste of time and resources.
