I perform site collection backup i got below Error.

E:\ My_folder \ backup \ ... 不存在，或者SharePoint Timer服务帐户没有读取或写入备份文件夹的权限.指定其他目录或确保SharePoint Timer服务 帐户对文件共享和基础文件夹都具有读写权限.

E:\My_folder\backup\...   does not exist or the SharePoint Timer service account does not have permission to read or write to the backup folder. Specify a different directory or ensure that the SharePoint Timer service account has read and write permissions on both the file share and the underlying folder.

To troubleshoot the issue, you could check if site collection backup is performed on SharePoint server.

If not, you should open Central administration site on SharePoint Server and perform a site collection backup.

您还可以检查SharePoint Timer服务帐户是否对您的备份文件夹具有权限.

And you also could check if the SharePoint Timer service account has the permission on your backup folder.
