我想在图片框中滚动以滚动和裁剪图像，但是当我使用面板滚动时，裁剪框/矩形就可以在图片框大小范围内移动...我该如何解决这个问题...

Hello all,
I want to have scroll in my picture box to scroll and crop image but when i use panel for scroll my crop box/rectangle on able to move within picture box size... how can i solve this problem...
