I have created an ASP.NET site and need to duplicate this site for multiple people..maybe 100's or 1000's.  Everything on the site will be the same besides Text, Bio, Photo of Person.  Is there a way to create a winform that you can type in all the required fields that will be changing and upload a pic into and click GO and OUTPUT comes a new site for another person.
