i changed my project from framwork 4.0 client to 4.5

此后，单击控件时我看不到控件的轮廓

after that i cannot see the outline of controls when i click on them

放置单个控件后，我无法再调整表单/控件的大小或移动了.

and after placing a single controls i cannot resize or move the form / controls anymore.

我尝试更改表单设计器设置以使其捕捉到网格，但这没有用.

i tried chaning the form designer settings to snap to grid but that did not work.
